ITEM DESCRIPTION
wonderfully crafted oak victorian style corner cabinet or hutch. the bottom section has the orig. hardware (e.g., cabinet door latches and drawer pulls), along w/ sunken panels. below the shelf at center is a gesso ornament corbel. beneath the glass door cabinets are two wood tapered columns w/ gesso ionic style capitals. the bead board is orig. and not painted. the very top contains a nook flanked by another set of decorative curved brackets. removed from a chicago residence built around 1888.
