On offer here is a very nice mirror back mahogany sideboard dresser dating to the Edwardian period of the early 20th century.
Made of mahogany, the sideboard stands on cabriole legs with pad feet supporting a good sized wide body having central glass cupboard door flanked by corner shelves either side. The shelves are fronted by wonderful and unusual bobbin supports to eithe side. The glass cabinet is linen lined to the interior and comes complete with gilt key escutcheon and with a working key also. Finished with a serpentine carved terraced dresser top above having a wonderful mirror back upright with shelves and turned pilaster supports all under a finial crowned top rail. Original back panels in place.
Offered in a very good condition commensurate with age. This item is old so please do not expect it to be as new.. Free of worm and solid in joint, well polished and ready to use bearing minor use marks through age and time though nothing major
